Hello and welcome! My name is Sarah and I’m a self-taught watercolor artist. I have a particular love of florals with the occasional dabble into other subjects. I discovered watercolor in my early thirties on a whim and from the moment I swatched the colors in my beginner’s pallet I was hooked. I’ve always been a creative person, but never knew I was an artist because to this day I can’t even draw a straight line! Watercolor has helped release so much of the perfectionism that I’m prone to and has given me a beautiful, colorful, imperfect world in exchange.

My hope is that my art or one of my classes will enable you to experience the same joy that I’ve found by embracing beauty and creativity, however imperfect.
